Cocoparra Crescent Reserve Upgrade
A full reserve upgrade for Brimbank City Council at Cocoparra Crescent, Broadmeadows — the aging playground replaced and new concrete pathways poured through the reserve, staged so residents could keep walking through while works ran.
What the client needed
Brimbank City Council needed the play space and surrounding reserve at Cocoparra Crescent upgraded. The existing equipment and pathways were past their useful life, and the reserve lacked basic amenities and accessible connections.
The reserve sits within a residential pocket with established trees and boundary fencing on multiple sides. Works had to be staged to maintain pedestrian access through the reserve while the new pathways were poured.
What we delivered
We removed the old play equipment, regraded the site, and built the new playground from the ground up. New concrete pathways now connect through the full reserve, improving accessibility, and bark mulch softfall was laid throughout the play zone.
